Tomorrow is International Day!

Tomorrow (Thursday 9th February) we will be celebrating the international nature of our school.

We hope that children, staff and parents will come to school wearing something which reflects their home country so that we will be able to identify all of the different countries that are represented at BEPS.

The children will be taking part in four international activities run by teachers and some very generous parents. They will be split into their houses for these activities and will be with children from Classes 1 – 7. The fun will start at 9.00. Everybody will be assembling in the attic to find their groups before heading off for the activities so, please don’t be late.

As you already know lunch will be very different from usual. The children are all going to bring a dish from their home country to share with the rest of their class or year group. Please help us by not sending in food that needs to be heated, and by cutting items into portions for easy sharing. Lunch will be eaten at 13.30 and so please ensure that your contributions are in school by then. If you would like to join your child’s class for lunch we will be very happy to see you, and I am sure that teachers will appreciate your support.

We are all looking forward to an interesting and fun filled day tomorrow, please feel free to join us if you possibly can.

Oscar will be taking photographs throughout the day and we will share these with you as soon as possible.

See you tomorrow!

Best Wishes
