It has been a hive of activity at BEPS today. Tents have been pitched (and this year it looks as though they will be needed to give us shade rather than to keep us dry!), prizes sorted, tickets counted, games arranged and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. I would like to thank everybody that has been helping, and to everybody that has offered to help tomorrow. Please remember that the PTA volunteer list is available on the Secretary’s Desk for Parents part of the website, and so you can check your time slots there. If you can arrive on time at your stall it will help the day to run smoothly, and to ensure that everybody has fun. Thank you.

There appears to have been a little confusion regarding the Raffle. If you have bought raffle tickets your child(ren) should now have brought the slip you filled in home again. It will have been stamped, which means that you will be entitled to draw the number of tickets you paid for from the stall tomorrow. Don’t worry if you forget your slip tomorrow as the PTA also have a list of all the people that have bought tickets. Just go to the raffle stall for further information, and to find out if it is your lucky day.

As usual you will need to purchase activity tickets to spend during the event. These will be available in the garden (in front of the terrace). They will cost 50 cents each or 5€ for a strip of 10.

Any last minute donations of cakes and books etc. can be brought along tomorrow morning or when you come to the Fair itself, they will all be happily accepted.

The fair opens at 12.00, there will be a Kwan Qi DO Demonstration at 13.15 and the BEPS Choir will sing at 15.00. There will plenty to do in between these events before the event finishes at 16.30.

Finally, to make sure that everybody has fun and is safe, please ask your children to stay with you or to tell you where they are, and to remain within the school grounds during the afternoon. Please look after your personal belongings too.

I am looking forward to seeing you all and having a fantastic tomorrow. Please come and visit the class 7 Candy Floss stall, you will be able to find us by following the sticky trail!

See you all tomorrow in those 70’s outfits.

Best Wishes
