December is now here and lots of things will be happening during the next three weeks.
We start with the Book Fair tomorrow (Tuesday 3rd December). As usual it will take place in Class 7 and all of the children ill have the opportunity to visit it, so they may like to bring some money to spend.
The Pumpkin prize winners will be given a 5€ voucher to put towards anything they’d like to buy at the Book Fair. The vouchers for children winning in the following categories will be with their class teacher in the morning.

The Book Fair will be open from 08.30 onwards and we would like to invite you to come and visit it at anytime during the day too.
On Thursday (5th December) Class 4 will be holding their Cake Sale. Please support them by either sending in some cookies or cakes to sell, or by bringing your 1€ coins to spend. As usual it will take place in the playground at the end of school. They will appreciate your help.
You should have received your tickets for the Winter Concert today. Please help us by returning any unneeded tickets as soon as possible, so we can distribute them to people that will be requiring additional ones. Please take the form and any tickets to Dominique as the unused tickets will be redistributed on a first come first served basis. Thank you.
Thank you to everybody that has returned either their photographs or payment for these. The very last date for ordering additional copies is Wednesday (4th December). This is to ensure that people who want additional copies to give as gifts will receive them before the Winter Holiday.
Our Christmas tree will be put in place tomorrow and decorating will commence on Wednesday. Please ensure that your child(ren) have returned their decorated stars (with ribbon or string attached) so that they can hang them on the tree with their classes before St. Nicolas visits.
A letter about our Winter Fair (Wednesday 11th December) will be sent home this Wednesday.
Thank you for your co-operation in all of these matters. We understand that it is a busy time of year for everyone, but know that we can rely on your continued support.
See you tomorrow.
