The weather this week has been amazing and has meant that everybody has been happier than ever.

It was lovely to see so many people at the Welcome Picnic last Saturday; it is always great to meet new people and we hope that everybody that came learnt more about the BEPS community and made some new friends. Please remember that if you have any questions about BEPS or Brussels we are always willing to try and help you answer them.

Classes 4 and 5 had a very successful time at the swimming pool on Monday and were looking forward to their next visit as soon as they returned to BEPS.

Next Thursday (25th September) the Book Fair will be visiting BEPS again. As usual each class will have time to visit the Fair, and so your child(ren) may like to bring some money to spend. You are also welcome to visit. It will be open from 09.00 until 17.00 and will take place in the Class 4 classroom, on the ground floor of the main building.  We will benefit from each of the books you buy as we can choose books for the library from the commission that is made. The children always love visiting the fair and choosing a book and are already excited by the prospect.

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to have P.E. in the gym next Friday.  However, if the good weather continues the children will have a P.E. lesson with their teacher in the garden or the woods, and so the children should wear their P.E. kits as usual.

We would like to inform you that there has been a change to the date of one of our INSET Days in March 2015. The INSET Day will now be held on Friday 13th March not Friday 20th March as you were previously informed. You will be reminded of this date nearer the time.

Finally, for those of you that are new to Brussels you may be surprised to hear that on Sunday Brussels will be car free. We are sure that many of you will take the opportunity to walk and cycle around your local area, but please take care, as there may still be some cars on the roads.

Enjoy the weekend.

Best Wishes,

The Leadership Team
