Everybody was very excited to see St. Nicholas at BEPS today. He obviously thought that the children had all been good because he left them all some treats. The excitement is sure to last until the holidays now, as there is so much to look forward to.

We were very lucky this afternoon as the Circus was in BEPS. This was a preview of the real event, which will be held on Tuesday for the Class 3 Parents. We don’t want to spoil the surprise but please come ready to be amazed at the skills demonstrated. You will need strong hands for all the clapping, so please be prepared.

Next week is going to be another exciting week. As you already know on Wednesday (9th December at 11.00 a.m.) we have our Winter Fair. You should have received an e-mail about this yesterday, and so please read it carefully as it also explains about the fact that we will also be collecting food for Nativitas next week. If you have any items for the White Elephant Stall please send them to the French teachers. If you have any questions about anything to do with the Fair or Nativitas, please do not hesitate to ask your child’s teacher.

Please check your child’s Blue Bag as tickets for our Winter Concert were sent out today. As there is a limited amount of space in the theatre we can only give two tickets to each family. However, if you don’t need any of your tickets please return them to Dominique, so that we can give them to somebody that would like an additional one. This works on a first come, first served basis, so return your slips and tickets on Monday. Thank you.

We would like to inform you that we have decided to keep our security measures at the same level for a while longer. We feel that is particularly important during the Winter Fair and other events that are taking place.

Please help us, by remembering to take your child(ren) into Dominique’s office to collect a blue late slip before taking them to their classroom if you arrive after 09.00. They should not enter the school on their own or with another family. We would also like to remind you that the side door should not be used. Thank you for your support and patience.

We are sure that you were happy to receive your child(ren)’s school photographs. Although the deadline for payment and returning the unwanted photographs was today there are still many of you that have not done this. Payment or photographs must be returned to school on Monday.

Finally, the Christmas Tree has arrived at BEPS, but at the moment it is looking a little bare. We would like each child to bring in a decoration to hang on it. This can be a decoration of any type, and will be returned after the holidays.

Dates for your diaries:
