As you are already aware, tomorrow we have our Winter Fair. This will take place from 11.00 a.m. and we hope that you will be able to join us. This year we will be asking you to sign in as you enter school, to ensure that we know who is in the building. You will only be able to access school through the front gate and front door - the back gate will remain locked until 12.30.

The children (and their teachers) have all been working very hard to prepare a wide range of beautiful items to sell. Children from Class 1 and above will all have the opportunity to visit the other classrooms to buy items from each other, and so you may like to send them with some money to spend.

Please avoid sending them Euro notes, particularly large denominations, and if you can do the same it will be really helpful. Pre-School children must be collected from their classroom to visit the fair with their parents.

Items will be on sale in the classrooms by the entrance hall and on the landing level. The only exception to this is for the White Elephant Stall, which will be in the French Room near the library. There will not be any need to go any further up the school.

You will be welcome to take your child(ren) home with you once you have visited the fair, but please ensure that you tell their teacher that you are doing so. Thank you.

All of the money that we raise will be given to Nativitas to help feed people in need over the festive period. Please remember that we are also collecting food for Nativitas this week. Thank you to those of you that have already sent in your donations and placed them under the Christmas Tree. If you haven’t yet sent any items in, we will be very happy to receive them over the next few days.

We know that the children very excited about selling the items they have been making and supporting Nativitas and so please join us if you possibly can.

Best Wishes,

The Leadership Team
