Over the last couple of days you will have seen the tents appearing at BEPS. This is always the first sign that something exciting is about to happen! Over the last few days the PTA have been busily putting the finishing touches to their preparations for the Summer Fair, which you know is taking place tomorrow. Please remember that it starts at 11.00 a.m. and that you will only be able to enter through the back gate on Avenue Victoria.

There have been plenty of other things happening this week too. Yesterday Class 1 went to visit the dinosaurs and other animals at the Museum of Natural Sciences. They were amazed at what they saw and had many questions to ask.

Today, eight children from Class 7/8 went to participate in an International School Quiz. They were one of seven schools taking part. Although they didn’t come back with a winners’ cup, they came back full of enthusiasm after having had a great time. They were praised for their knowledge, politeness and their sense of fun and should be very proud of themselves. We are certainly very proud of them. Well done to you all.

You should have received an invitation to join us for a meeting on Tuesday evening at 18.30 (7th June). This is to share our School’s Mission and other information with you. If you have not yet confirmed your attendance, please will you do so on Monday.

Next Thursday, (9th June) Ms. Ford is taking some of the members of the BEPS choir to join in a choir day at BSB. They are going to be listening, to and joining in with choirs from other international schools, and are sure to have a great day. You will be able to see how good they are at the Summer Fair tomorrow.

Class 1 have some more excitement next Friday when they have been invited to see some art. We will be able to update you on that this time next week.

Dates for your diaries:

Week beginning 13th June – Upper School Residential Trips

Friday 17th June – Early Years Sports Day

Friday 24th June – Classes 2 – 8 Sports Day

Thursday 30th June – Reports sent home and school finishes at 12.30

We are looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow for a great deal of fun, it even looks as though the weather is going to be on our side, so make sure you come if you possibly can.

Best Wishes,

The Leadership Team
