Please use our playground safely

We have been lucky enough lucky to have lovely weather since we returned to school after the holidays. However, unfortunately it looks as though there is going to be rain next week. As the children will go outside even if it’s raining, please ensure that they bring a waterproof coat to school with them everyday.

We would like to ask you to help us by reinforcing our BEPS playground rules with the children when they are in the playground after school. We talked about these in Upper School assembly earlier today and would particularly like to stress that the children should not walk along the wall which runs behind the sandpit, along the covered area and extends in front of the planted area by the large black gates.

As you are aware the fenced off area outside the Pre-School is their ‘outdoor learning area’ and is not for use by other children in the school. Please respect this area and do not go inside it or take any of their games or toys to play with after school. Please sit on the benches in the main part of the playground rather than inside this area.

We would also like to remind you that there is a toilet next to the side entrance of the main building if you need to use one after school. Thank you for your support in these matters.

Dates for your diaries:

Tuesday 27th September -  PTA General Assembly at 19.00

We hope that you all enjoy the weekend.

Best Wishes,

The Leadership Team
