As the usual holiday quietness slips over BEPS, it is hard
to believe that another year has passed. However, before we know it we will be
welcoming you back and so we think we should make the most of the holidays that
The annual BEPS Talent Show took place on Tuesday. This saw a wide variety of talents, including, dancing, singing, violin playing, magic tricks and animal charades. Each was special in its own way and we enjoyed watching them all. Well done to everybody that participated, and to those of you that didn’t, it’s never too early to start thinking about next year!
After sorting and moving classrooms yesterday morning, everybody was happy to have the opportunity to celebrate the end of the year with their class parties in the afternoon. Of course, these included lots of food and drink, music and games or Golden Time. Thank you for your support in these.
This morning children were very excited to find out who their new teachers are going to be and which classroom they will learning in next year. They also met their new classes and new teachers if they are already in BEPS. We are sure they will be happy to tell you all about this. You will receive copies of the class lists next week.
This was followed by our End of Year Assembly, where we said goodbye to children and teachers alike. Our first Class 8 children graduated and reflected on their time and learning at BEPS, it was very impressive and touching to hear them talk about their experiences. We wish them, and all our other leavers well in their new schools and hope that they will keep in touch with us.
An ice-cream was the perfect way to end the year, and to enjoy whilst saying goodbye.
All that leaves, is for us to wish you all very happy and safe holidays. See you all again on Friday 1st September.
