Today was the last day of term and we celebrated with Assembly and some songs around the Christmas Tree. Please remember that school reopens on Tuesday 9th January 2018.
The highlight of the week was our Winter Concert. The children thoroughly enjoyed being a part of this and we hope that you all enjoyed it too.
At the end of the winter concert the Class 8 children collected money for Nativitas. Once again you were very generous and we received an additional 316.40€ to add to our previous total. This means that earlier today the sum of 2001.40€ was paid into their bank account. Thank you for your support, it is greatly appreciated by many.
Class parties were the order of the afternoon. There was great fun and plenty to eat for everyone. It is amazing how much small people can consume in a relatively short length of time! Thank you for your support in these.
In Assembly, this morning, the house cup was presented to Magritte. They had collected the most house points, but there are still plenty of opportunities for the three other houses to be awarded the cup before the end of the school year.
