It has been a relatively quiet week at BEPS this week. Of course there has been plenty of learning taking place and everybody has enjoyed the sunshine over the last few days.
The photographer was in school yesterday and the children enjoyed having their photographs taken. As the weather was so good they were taken outside. We now wait with anticipation for them to be printed and delivered.
The BEPS Secondary School staff were involved in a day of International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP) training today.
Please come into the Entrance Hall and hang your commitment for peace on the Secondary School’s wish tree. After the success of their Peace Project in front of the Bourse last week, they have brought the tree into the Primary School where they hope to collect more wishes.
We would like to thank everybody that has already supported our Relay for Life team. If you haven’t yet done so but would like to please use this linkhttps://www.relayforlife.be/teams/beps-international-school-0
We would like to inform you that there has been a case of scarlet fever in school. The first signs of scarlet fever can be flu-like symptoms, including a high temperature and swollen neck glands. A rash appears a few days later. This is easily treated with antibiotics, but as it is a contagious infection, if your child has any of these symptoms you should consult your doctor. Thank you for your support
