Important Information:
- As we explained last week, ‘Nopou’ a specialised company, came into school to check all of the children’s heads for head lice. Unfortunately, there were still some cases of head lice found across the school. Please can you support us by ensuring you check and treat your child’s hair whenever we send home information informing you of cases of head lice, and by checking their hair before we return to school after a holiday or the weekend. Head lice can be difficult to detect and can be missed if care is not taken. Without your support we will unable to prevent cases re-occurring.
- Please remember to bring your donations for the PTA ‘Wheel of Fortune’ to Dominique’s office from the beginning of next week. Thank you.
- Pre-School, Year 1 and Year 4 all enjoyed the trips they went on this week. Pre-School visited Africa, America and Oceania and were still back in time to go home as usual! Year 1 enjoyed the historical items they saw in the Art and History Museum and Year 4 came face to face with the dinosaurs in the Natural History Museum. We would like to say thank you to parents that supported them on these excursions, without you such trips can’t take place.
- Year 1 led assembly for Year 2 this afternoon. They shared their learning from their ‘Time Detectives’ Unit of Work.
